The Law Office of Sarah M. Nishioka

Sarah M. Nishioka has experience in the criminal, family, and appellate courts of the State of Hawaiʻi.  She is a former law clerk for Associate Justice Sabrina S. McKenna of the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court, and served as a Deputy Public Defender handling appellate, juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases on Oahu.  She is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Hawaiʻi, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaiʻi, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
